How it works

The repair process, start to finish.

The same process runs across both our Australian and New Zealand workshops, so the turnaround expectations don't change based on where your gear lands.

01

Register the job

Fill in a short online form at our repair portal — no account needed. You'll get an instant confirmation and a shipping label if you're sending the unit in.

02

Assessment & quote

We inspect the unit and send an honest quote before any work begins — no surprise bills, and no pressure to repair something not worth fixing.

03

Repair & live status

Once you approve the quote, the job moves through the workshop — New, In Progress, Waiting Parts, Completed — and you can follow every update live from the portal.

04

Shipped back

The moment your unit goes out, tracking number and carrier are added straight to your job, visible from the same page you registered on.

Transmitter & receiver repairs

Battery faults, joystick wear, water ingress, and connector damage account for most of the repairs we see. We assess and quote before any work begins, and most repairs are turned around without needing a replacement unit.

Not sure what's wrong? Register the job with a description of the fault and a photo of the unit's data plate and we'll give you an honest read on whether it's worth repairing.

Systems integration

As an independent systems integrator, we design and build PLC-based remote control panels for machinery that doesn't have a standard off-the-shelf solution — from one-off fabrication projects to purpose-built industrial equipment. We work across Siemens and Delta PLC platforms.

Two workshops, one standard

We run backed service across both Australia and New Zealand, so wherever your equipment is, repairs follow the same process and the same turnaround expectations.

Repairs here are run on rcpau.com.au, our repair tracking portal. If you run a repair business yourself and the software behind it is of interest, it's also available as its own product at repairix.com.au.
